The Handbook includes the 2018 CURRENT Covenants and CCR’s as of February 21, 2018 and WHOA Scrivener’s Error Correction to 2017 CCRs
Please include a copy or make changes to your copy of the Covenants to note this change.
Roofing Change Request Form
If you are planning on replacing your roof with new materials please download the Roofing Approval form and submit it to ACC prior to signing any contracts. Approval is required for any material except cedar shingles or shakes. Current examples of appropriate roofing materials are listed on the form. Please contact the ACC with any questions!!!
