Hello Westridge Homeowners
A result of the annual meeting held recently there were a number of concerns brought up by attendees concerning violations of the CCRs. As you are aware, the covenants are what we, as homeowners, need to abide by.
If any of these situations apply to you (or your renters) please take care of them. Please don’t wait to get a personal letter from the ACC or Board!
- RVs, trailers, boats, ATVs etc may not be parked or stored in driveways or to the sides of driveways. They may be parked to the sides of the house, even with the front corner of the house. Provisions are in place for loading/unloading so see the covenants for more details.
- On Street Parking— Vehicles may not be parked on the street for more than 48 hours. For the safety of walkers, bicyclists, and kids please keep the access open.
- Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles. Park these to the side, in the back, or inside the garage.
