Washington state prohibits any person from willfully discharging any air gun or other weapon in a public place, any place where a person may be endangered, or any parcel less than 5 acres in size. Since access to the common areas (greenbelts) are not restricted or controlled, use of air-soft or BB guns are prohibited due to the potential danger to anyone in the area.
