The Westridge HOA board has been working on the covenants for several years to bring them up to date.  Clarifying, removing obsolete references, updating materials, and providing additional strengths to the covenants has been the goal to provide for the community for the next 30 years.  Homeowners are asked to review the new covenants and to vote by signature.  You can download the new CC&Rs which will be listed under the ‘Documents and Forms’ heading of this website.
